The ward was lovely and the staff were kind

Could we as patients get offered with eye masks as even though the curtains are closed at night the ward didn’t get very dark for me to sleep properly.

Having a faster pharmacy support so discharges can be don quicker. I was waiting for over 3 hours for pharmacy to make up my prescription.

Well informed, pleasant staff, nothing too much trouble, doctors explained everything,

There was an issue with pain relief when I was in agony and had to wait nearly one hour for meds. I was told I would be given extra meds after my biopsy and that didn’t happen because of a mix up
